ZAF

In this chapter we revisit South Africa by way of Cape Town captured by the one and only Ryan Craig. This trip was a few years back with a mission of capturing one of wonder of the world located in the West African dessert. The Crew :

Kyle Thierman & Frank Solomon local legend & probably the best person you could have guiding you throughout ZAF. The long journey from home was divided into three segments.

1- First and foremost off to the Namibian dessert to visit the infamous Skeleton Bay witch hoisted us to a series of events : staring with getting stuck in the dessert, Bruised ribs, Probably the longest tube of my life & 9 hours of surfing. O BTW I fell on what could have been one of the last Images seen in a magazine cover. The image of me eating it was a reflection of the time we spent that day in the Atlantic Ocean. With out a doubt this wave deserves the accolades that go with it.

2- Back to Cape Town and the surrounding areas to see first hand the gems south of the African continent. The Wild Atlantic collides with sheer power, mixed with clear water white sand beaches and the liveliest reefs I have ever laid eyes on. Truly one of the most majestic places I have ever visited in my life.

3- A trip up the West Coast of South Africa were the word raw takes a new meaning. Desolate and unexplored it host miles of heavy waves and the wildlife that calls this place home. This place is no picnic but the Magic is evident at all times.
